Refund and cancellation policy
Buildkernelpath provides professional analytics services. Fees, milestones and cancellation terms for your engagement are confirmed in its written proposal.
Before work begins
If you cancel before the agreed start date, amounts paid may be refunded in full, less any non-recoverable third-party costs clearly approved by you. Please contact us promptly so we can confirm the status of scheduled work.
Work already started
Once discovery, data review, report configuration or analysis has begun, fees for completed work and committed time are non-refundable. Where a prepaid milestone is only partly complete, we may issue a partial refund for the unperformed portion after deducting completed work and approved costs.
Deposits and non-refundable items
A proposal may identify a scheduling deposit. It becomes non-refundable when reserved work begins or when cancellation falls within the notice period stated in that proposal. Purchased data tools, approved third-party services and custom materials already produced are not refundable.
Rescheduling and no-shows
Review meetings may be rescheduled without charge when reasonable notice is given. Repeated changes or a missed session without notice may be treated as time delivered, particularly where preparation is complete. Exact notice periods are set out before engagement.
How to request a refund
Call +60 3-3341 5046 or write to our Klang address with your name, engagement reference, amount and reason. We review the request against the agreed scope and reply with the outcome and calculation.
Processing and method
Approved refunds are initiated within 10 Malaysian business days and returned using the original payment method where practical. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
Exceptions
If Buildkernelpath cancels work it has not delivered, the related prepaid amount will be refunded. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Malaysian law.
